This post provides an excellent opportunity for a teacher with passion and drive who is committed to enabling our students to unlock their potential and switch on to the power of learning.

This post will be to teach GCSE and BTEC science, as well as some Access and A-Level lessons on a full time, permanent role based on our Oxford College campus. This role has the potential for job share, so we are interested in applications for both full and part time.

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Successful candidates will have an appropriate professional qualification and/or a degree preferably with some teaching experience. Whilst we would prefer applications from qualified teachers who hold a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification, we would consider applications from unqualified applicants, with the ability to inspire our learners and a willingness to complete a teaching qualification. Unqualified candidates would start at a lower salary point and this could be discussed at interview, if successfully shortlisted.

In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will demonstrate the ability to engage and develop students and role model the attributes that we develop within our learners.
