A new and exciting opportunity has arisen in our Customer Service Network as a Customer Services Supervisor.
As a mutual, how we interact with our members is at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Services Supervisor you will be supporting the Customer Services Manager and will have the responsibility for leading your Customer Services Team to ensure excellent service is delivered throughout any interaction with our members.
About You
Full accountability for the day-to-day operation of the Savings fuction
Day to day leadership of our Customer Service Team to achieve the Society's objectives through clear direction and enthusiastic motivation
Drive lead generation processes and achieve sales targets for the Society's products and services
Ensure you and the team meets all legislative, code of practice, security and internal control requirements
Manage projects to required timescales and objectives
Plan, develop, review and coach the performance of staff throughout the year in respect of their objectives, accountabilities, and competencies
Facilitate and co-ordinate training across the team
Consistently look for ways for the team to increasingly add value through process enhancements
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Dudley Building Society to improve customer experiences and Society performance

Salary of between GBP23,877 - GBP26,530 depending on level of experience.
