We are urgently seeking a Site Manager to join our school – who lives within easy reach of the school.
The post is for 32 hours a week + additional time needed, Monday to Friday
Salary - Kent Range 7 (£25,000 pro-rata)
The job is to commence as soon as possible.
Our school is looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual who is self-motivated and able to demonstrate that they are active, versatile, well organised and reliable, with excellent communication skills. A range of skills and expertise in relevant maintenance and DIY related tasks are needed
You will be responsible for statutory testing, safety, security, facilities and liaising with contractors as well as the general maintenance needs of the school and grounds.
