Are you looking for short term extra work to gain further experience or work within school times?
We are looking for a reliable and honest individual who can assist our client in covering their business while it closes for a 2 week period in September.
Duties:
Dealing with enquiries via the telephone & email
Taking and processing orders
Using Sage (purchase ledger/sales ledger)
Keeping the company & customer records up to date
Dealing with couriers for incoming and outgoing deliveries
Experience required:
Administration skills (preferably in an office environment)
Knowledge and experience using Sage Line 50 a must
Good written/verbal communications skills
Ability to work as part of a team (this will be required during training)
Ability to Multitask and prioritize own workloads
Excellent time management skills
Key information:
Location: Ipplepen
Rates of Pay: GBP10 per hour
Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday, 10am - 3pm
Own transport essential due to location
Time of contract 12th September - 23rd September

Training will be provided in the first week on site
As this will be for holiday cover, the ability to work alone is essential although full support will always be available over the phone
