What We Need!
We're on the look out for a person that wants to become a great chef, is ideally progressing from Chef de Partie to Sous Chef or is already a Sous Chef looking for a great opportunity.
The position will suit someone that wants to work as part of a small team, has the ability to continue learning new skills, loves working with fresh produce to produce exceptional plates of food in a brilliant pub. As Sous Chef you will work 5 days per week along side the Head Chef and maintain the kitchen on the Head Chefs days off.
Negotiable salary in the region of GBP28K + Tips, Pension, Permanent employment 5 days per week, on site accommodation is a possibility if required, own transport essential!.
