This is an opportunity for you to join a Communications Service Provider. The company is currently expanding and upskilling its Service Desk and are looking for a driven and ambitious 1st Line Support Analyst to join in this period of growth.
Flexible on a wide range of candidate backgrounds the salary banding sits between GBP17,000-GBP25,000 depending on experience.
About you:
You will be a keen technologist looking to accelerate your career in tech support. As the service desk grows in talent and experience this is an opportunity to join a supportive team who will invest in your career and training. You will either have an educational background and be looking to step into your first support role or have some experience and are looking to grow your skillset in a new and exciting environment.
Successful applications will have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office/365 and Windows 10
- Ideally experience in a Service Desk environment
- A basic knowledge of VOIP/Broadband
- Personable and able to take responsibility and ownership of customer requests
