Insurance Services (Training Provided)

We are recruiting for one of the UK's leading Insurance Brokers who have been providing a bespoke personal lines and commercial insurance service for over 50 years.

As the business further expands, their offices in Guildford is now seeking additional Trainee Insurance Advisor, who is both professional, ambitious and keen to learn, develop and progress over the long term.

Full training will be provided for the right person that will see you become fully experienced in providing an efficient service to a broad range of clients regarding their insurance requirements. This include:

• Obtaining the best insurance quotes (new and renewal business) from a panel of insurers.
• Negotiating, selling and administering the insurance policies that are relevant to the client(s) needs.
• Ensuring you meet your client expectations in terms of efficiency, effectiveness and responsiveness through diligent and professional conduct
• Building ongoing relationships with clients and insurers.

As full training will be provided, your experience to date can have been gained in a variety of environments including retail, sales, fianc??, Banking and insurance, as well as experienced from a customer service focussed environment who are keen to learn and progress.

Additionally, it is essential that you possess the ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbal, written and face-to-face), together with an organised approach and a positive and enthusiastic work ethic.
