As Finance Officer/Billings Specialist you will report directly to the Special Billing Team Leader and is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, driven finance team.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate should be/have:

• Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills with experience using VLOOKUPS and PIVOT Tables essential
• A strong understanding of billing and credit control end-to-end process.
• The ability to communicate both internally and externally
• Disciplined in their approach to managing own workload whilst working to agreed targets and deadlines
• The ability to pay attention to detail whilst working to strict deadlines
• Driven, with a keen eye for service excellence

DutiesKey Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all special billing is created in accordance with specific client requirements and submitted within prescribed deadlines.
• Ensuring all weekly Evolution billing tasks have been covered.
• Make sure all Freshdesk email tickets are resolved within their SLA.
• Continuously consider process improvement and strive to improve team efficiency.
• Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
• Process invoicing adjustments as authorised by the relevant business
• Ensure billing system, Tempest is set up and maintained accurately to ensure accurate billing.
• Liaise with other Finance functions (credit control, payroll, management accounts, and purchase ledger) to resolve issues in end-to-end processes as required.
