Our busy and vibrant Creative Arts provision is delivered across two campuses (Bridgwater and Taunton), from Level 1 through to Level 6. We require a Course Leader to join our team and lead our level 3 Art and Design Study Programme along with A level Art and Design at the Bridgwater Campus.

The ideal candidate will have experience of Extended Diploma and A level curriculum and have a good understanding of learners needs. They will be an aspirational leader with the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively to ensure an outstanding experience for learners. Responsibilities include co-ordinating a highly effective teaching learning and assessment experience across allocated courses/programmes/subjects to ensure learners maximise their potential and make positive progress towards timely success on their study programmes.
