General Responsibilities:
We are currently looking for a full time Courtesy Service Bus Driver for our Flagship branch at Heathrow.
What is this role all about?
As a Bus Driver you will provide safe and efficient transport for customers, to and from terminal buildings, whilst demonstrating excellent customer service at all times.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provides a welcoming and safe transportation of customers to and from the airport terminal to the Hertz location, ensuring customers arrive on time to enable a seamless, world class customer service and maximise customer loyalty.
TEAM WORK
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, efficiently and effectively to meet the quality, service, and performance goals for the location. Demonstrating collaboration and effective communication with colleagues to create a smooth customer experience.
Active participation at team huddles and the sharing of ideas for improvements.
Satisfactory achievement of radio audit
CONTROL & AUDIT
Adheres to company SOP s and the department of transport regulations to ensure the safety of customers is paramount and to maximise repeat custom. Ensures vehicle standards are met and maintained, refuelled as necessary and any damage documented at the end of shift.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
Maintains a Best practice sharing culture , always striving to find ways to improve the customer s journey experience.
Essential Requirements:
Your skills: What you need to take the wheel
Full Driving Licence, valid in the UK with no more than 3 points.
Previous customer service experience desirable.
Minimum 2 years PCV cat. D1 driving experience.
Good level of verbal communication skills.
