Job role:

Activate Learning are looking for an Accommodation Administrator to join the team based in Oxford. You will responsible for providing efficient administrative support to the Accommodation Department within the Activate Learning Group and contribute towards an excellent customer service. This will include general administrative tasks, residential student welfare, sending communications and liaising with the Accommodation Team based at Merrist Wood.

This is a permanent, term time only, part time role working 24 hours per week (0.55 FTE) to be based at Oxford Brookes Harcourt Hill Campus. The salary is GBP18,278 pro rata, per annum.

What do you need to be successful?

The right candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, literate, and have excellent attention to detail, some experience of working within a residential setting would be desirable. You will be competent in the use of IT to support the business processes - for example, MS Office, especially Word, Google docs and MS 365 is essential.
