Senior Manager - Change Risk Oversight/Change Management

We are recruiting for a global investment management organisation who have introduced a flexible working programme, where you are only required to work in the office circa 1 to 2 days week and the rest working from home.

They have developed and evolved further over the last couple of years through a period of existing and new business growth and are now seeking a Senior Manager, Change Risk Oversight (2nd Line Risk) to join their Global Risk function.

This is an exciting opportunity reporting directly to the Head of Non-Financial Risk Frameworks and will lead the development of the framework and standards to oversee ongoing Change Risk within the business globally. This will include:

Thought leadership in developing the change framework and tools so that the businesses change programmes deliver cost effective transformation of the business, risk reduction and regulatory compliance, improving the second line oversight model along with the monitoring of their change risk profile across the various businesses.

This is a role that will allow you to have a unique opportunity to define and shape your job scope and deliverables within the parameters of framework delivery, including the design, review, update, and implement as required the Change Risk Framework etc. The Non-Financial Risk team is a diverse team and they are looking for someone who can innovate, 'think outside the box' and have a focus on problem solving.

As someone who possesses idea and thought leadership capabilities in change gained within a regulated industry, (financial services, banking or insurance for example), your experience will include change management, together with risk frameworks design and oversight knowledge and the ability to create insights & provide risk opinions to Boards and Senior Management from data sets
