We are currently recruiting for a well known company based in Rugby that are looking to grow their Customer Service team. The hours for the position are Monday to Friday between the hours of 06:00 - 23:00 on a four weekly Rotating Shift Pattern.

- Answering Inbound Calls

- Communicating between Customers and Third Parties

- Logging Data from Calls Accurately

- Providing Solutions

- Seeing a call through from Beginning to End
