We are recruiting for an Indoor Assistant Pig Manager for a farm in Scotland (AB21).
Our client's 900-sow pig farm covers breeding to weaning - to 7 kilos.
The successful candidate must demonstrate:
- Leadership & effective communication skills
- Excellent stockmanship
- Problem-solving & adaptability
- The ability to keep accurate records
- The ability to manage, motivate and organise a team of staff daily
- A positive attitude, no matter what the day may throw at them
Salary Guide: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 DOE
