About you

- Experience of working within a complex and demanding environment, including a sound understanding of relevant policies and practices within the HR function.
- A substantial ability to understand and use a diverse range of HR systems, including production of Excel reports for analysis of complex scenarios to provide a comprehensive set of data reports for key stakeholders. You will have demonstrable experience in collecting, structuring, analysing, and reporting on processes and data. Key competencies, besides data analysis, include: business acumen, relationship management, communication, and cultural awareness.
- Flexibility to manage conflicting priorities in a fast pace environment, whilst being a resilient team player who can demonstrate innovation and creativity in their approach to data analytics and persuasive storytelling.
- Team player capabilities to create strong networks with other analytical cohorts to share good practice.
Key competencies
- Advanced and interchangeable Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to create reports in a credible, engaging and compelling way with highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical knowledge on data/people analytics, and a sound understanding of relevant policies and practices within the HR function applicable to business reporting models.
- Advanced numerical, analytical, organisational, and writing skills, with the ability to reprioritise projects and show confidence and professionalism under pressure.
- Ability to liaise with several different stakeholders across the organisation, adapting styles to different situations/audiences with outstanding people skills.
