The successful B2B Telesales Business Developer will play a pivotal role working alongside likeminded professionals who are tenacious and driven to expand their pipelines. Following marketing campaign and activities delivered by the business you will develop relationships with prospects and clients to facilitate introductions for additional products throughout the wider group as well as new prospects and clients to the business.
Whilst not a direct sales role this will suit a proactive candidate who holds the desire to be successful, hitting targets and delivering a strong pipeline. You will be happy making outbound calls following up on leads and researching new ones. You will nurture these requirements, spending time to really understand your potential clients current provider products, their business needs; therefore, spending time having clear concise and details conversations and factfinding to ensure a smooth delivery. Your end goal will be to arrange virtual or face to face appointments for the specialist consultants and account managers, according to the topic or specialist area of the business.

Offering a competitive salary of up to GBP25,000 with a realistic OTE (doubling your salary is realistic) and working hours of Monday to Thursday 9:00 - 5:30 and Friday 9:00 - 5:00, this client also offers fantastic benefits, of which include: Pension, Healthcare, 25 days annual leave and staff discounts.
The role involves working to targets which offer the opportunity to earn bonus on top of a competitive salary. Our client is looking for people who are target driven, conscientious, reliable and hardworking, with a fantastic attitude. You will be proactive, enthusiastic and someone who is able to develop good relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
Full training is provided as well as regular and ongoing training and development. The role is flexible in terms of location and can be hybrid with a base in Cheshire or remote / home working. All equipment will be provided.

Previous experience in a sales / telesales role.

Knowledge of Microsoft applications, particularly Outlook
Able to work in a pressurised and fast paced yet supportive environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
