Customer Service Coordinator
GBP21,000 plus attractive benefits package
Skegness, PE25
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for providing support for customers with queries, mainly by telephone and email, offering advice and guidance on our wide range of products in a friendly and knowledgeable manner.
The ideal Customer Service Coordinator will:
Be confident and possess a polite telephone manner
Be able to build a rapport with a wide range of people
Be self-motivated and a team player who is able to work on their own initiative
Be effective at organising and managing their workload
The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible for:
Answering customer service calls and emails
First point of contact for the Customer
Support for the BDM s and internal customers
Service Calls
Customer Visits/Customer Audits
Installations (occasional)
Reports for Customers
Assisting with order entry
Reception cover in the office
General office/customer service admin
Please note you must hold a valid Driving Licence and be able to attend customer visits, measures and installations, which may involve overnight stays when required.
This role would suit an individual who has telephone Customer Service experience and is looking for an exciting new challenge with a company who will provide opportunities to develop their existing skills and be given support and encouragement throughout their career.
