Working at Butlin"s as a Guest Services team member means being part of a big-hearted team of people who are responsible for providing our guests with an altogether more fun and entertaining holiday.
The main purpose of the role is to deliver a fantastic service to our guests whilst they are here enjoying their holiday with us.
Here in Guest Services you will mainly be working behind the scenes on our telephone-based system helping our guests have an altogether more entertaining and fun break. You will be helping our guests curate their stay with us by giving advice about the fantastic product offering we have and and giving advice about our local area. We put the fun back into our guest"s holiday so if things aren"t going to plan with their break, you will be helping guests get things back on track by using your empathy and problem-solving skills to understand fully what has gone wrong and ensuring and jobs and feedback are logged then followed up with the guest. Within the Guest Services team we also look after the check-in experience for all our our guests and meet some guests face-to-face to talk through with anything they may need help with.
We"re looking for:
A people-person with great customer service skills
A team player who supports their colleagues while they support you
Great telephone manner including being confident at offering solutions to our guests
Computer literate (we use different system to log housekeeping and maintenance jobs, and feedback for our guests)
Be organised and able to prioritise your workload
Enjoys having fun at work!
Typical working hours: we are looking for full-time team to join us, with shifts between 9am-10pm on our arrival days (Mondays and Fridays) and other days between 9am - 6pm. We are open seven days a week so flexibility with days, start and finish times will be needed to ensure we can give our guests the best experience.
