Accounts Assistant

I am urgently seeking an experienced practice candidate to work for a leading practice in the Reigate area of Surrey.

Due to retirement of another colleague, my client requires a role to be filled ASAP. This is initially a temporary role but it could lead to permanent for the right candidate.

Ideally you will be part qualified, either ACCA or AAT (study support provided).

You will need to have at least 2 years' experience working in a small accountancy practice, and live locally, as this will be an office-based role.

You will need to have experience of using XERO, SAGE, Quickbooks and IRIS (or some of these packages).

My client would also consider someone who has worked in practice but is not necessarily qualified although you would have to be experienced in preparing accounts for companies under FRS1021A and FRS 105, and have personal and corporation tax experience.

This is a full-time permanent position, based in the office in Reigate. The role will be paying a salary in the range of GBP28,000 to GBP33,000. If you are interested, please apply for immediate consideration.
