Brook Street are working with a respected and trusted high-street Legal firm looking for a motivated and driven Legal Secretary to join their professional and well-established team. As a Legal Secretary you will play an important role in supporting the fee eastern and contributing to the overall business success.
Duties:
" Digital dictation
" Diary management
" Liaising with clients and provide updates
" General administration work including filing, scanning, arching, amending
" Be an integral part of the department.
" Obtaining and Registering documents
" Typing and submitting documents
You will need to have:
" Minimum 1 years experience as a Legal Secretary
" Fast and accurate typing skills
" The ability to manage and priorities a busy work load
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Attention to detail
" Good working knowledge of Word
" The ability to priorities and manage deadlines
