Beauty Trainer Assessor

The college need a Beauty Therapy Trainer Assessor is required to carry out group delivery and workplace assessments, for apprentices working towards the Beauty Therapist standards at level 2 and 3. This includes carrying out reviews and setting action plans for apprentices, including SMART Targets and the delivery of Functional Skills. The role will also include IQA duties within an existing team and developing the College's offer in conjunction with employer partners and awarding bodies.

Suitable candidates will hold a recognised assessment qualification (TAQA, A1, V1 or equivalent), a relevant professional qualification, and ideally be confident in all aspects of workplace assessment using an electronic portfolio system. Knowledge of the new standards and EPA processes would be an advantage

Hours; 2 and a half days per week

Salary; highly competitive, can be discussed
