Are you an experienced writer and editor on a magazine or newspaper?
Our global client is looking for Features Writer/Editor to join a team of talented and engaging professionals for a 6-month Maternity leave cover.
Position: Features Writer/Editor
Salary: DOE
Duration: 6 months
Hours: Full time or part time
The job will involve
Supporting the editor in sourcing exclusives, managing the features calendar, and helping to set the agenda for our coverage.
Writing high level and relevant news content for print and online.
Researching and writing features and analysis.
Contacting key figures within the industry, including, suppliers, manufacturers, insurers, and PR agencies.
Attending and reporting on industry conferences.
The Person will
Minimum of 3 - 5 years working at a senior editorial level on a B2B or consumer publication.
Proven track record of researching and writing engaging features content for both print and online.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Commercially aware with excellent communication and good networking capabilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and excellent writing and editing skills.
