Delivery Manager TMT
As part of the growth of our Telco Media team, we are looking for a talented Delivery Manager to join us.
In this role, you will lead the execution of profitable professional digital service delivery for NTT DATA and clients bringing together the different service capabilities and propositions. The role will align on delivery approach, tools and processes with other accounts, sharing good practices, excellence in understanding application engineering processes and supporting technology solutions initiatives where relevant.

You'll be responsible for delivery and customer satisfaction for multiple engagements on a specific client or group of clients and acting as first escalation point into the Delivery organisation.
You'll be leading large scale pre-sale assignments and reponsible for the growth of the account as well as defining delivery management core processes and improvement opportunities.
You will support the creation and implementation of the delivery strategy and plan for the customer account/ portfolio of accounts, ensuring that current and future needs of the clients are met and exceeded, for all services provided to the clients.

- Management of demand planning, forecasting, budgeting, planned VS actuals reporting and prioritisation of project work within the team
- Define, lead and monitor all team delivery ensuring adherence to delivery methodology, quality and architectural principles, to deliver business goals and minimise technical debt
- Being the point of escalation from clients perspective for delivery issues
- Recruitment and retention of talent. Manage, motivate and develop employee at all levels to policies and procedures
- Occasional support and work with client partners on pitches providing solutioning and mainly delivery-driven inputs to win new deals. Understanding of client's strategic objectives and tailoring services and approaches to enable client to achieve their strategy journey
