Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are recruiting for a Premium Sales Consultant for an iconic beauty brand that delivers exquisite accessory products, every day staple pieces and perfectly complementing accessories. We are looking for an ambitious candidate to work in a number of stores and support colleagues to achieve results.
With a main focus on providing a world class customer service; we want a Premium Sales Consultant who will be directly responsible for building and maintaining great relationships in a fast paced premium environment. The successful candiate will have a background in beauty, cosmetics, jewellery, accessories or related retail environments.
We are looking for a confident Sales Consultant who has a passion for all aspects of beauty! A fun individual that will understand the importance of customer service, a good eye for 'what looks good' , who is aware of the industry and can keep up with social media trends! Must e adaptable and flexible to engage with colleagues across a number of amazing stores in London.
As a premium Sales Consultant you will be accountable for:
- Maximising profitability
- Product knowledge
- Growing sales revenue through raising the profile of the brand
- Achieving sales targets
- Offering guidance and giving world class customer service
- Working towards KPI'S / targets
We are looking for a well presented individual who has experience within a retail environment working in either fashion, beauty or accessories.
Salary will be up to GBP23,000 plus a competitive commission scheme.
