The Company:
ER Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a forward-thinking, independent award-winning property and construction consultancy who are now seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to be a part of their journey as they continue to grow.
Role & Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
* Collaborating and taking a consultative approach with our Hiring Managers, putting together the best recruitment strategies for live and future openings
* A strong focus on direct hiring through full use of LinkedIn professional recruiter licence, CV database searches and engaging advertising campaigns to include social media posts, referral schemes and early career campaigns etc.
* Management of the whole recruitment process from pre-screening, shortlisting through to offer and onboarding
* Supporting / coaching Hiring Managers when required, to create the best interview and selection process and also through the decision-making process
* Supporting us with our future talent pipelining, keeping up to date with sourcing methods and continually looking to improve our recruitment practice
* Supporting improvement projects such as recruitment videos, STEM activities and 'spot-lighting' our current talent
* There will be opportunities to travel to our UK office locations and represent the company at various job / career fairs too.
About You as the Talent Acquisition Specialist:
* Minimum of 1 year recruitment experience, either agency or in-house.
* Experience within Property / Construction would be beneficial but not essential.
* Strong experience of LinkedIn and CV database search along with the ability to create engaging advertisements
* Experience with social media and an interest in collaborating with our marketing team to create a strong recruitment marketing strategy, to increase our brand awareness
* Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage time with multiple tasks and work to deadlines
* Someone with a genuine interest in others, outgoing and enjoys building relationships
* Provides honest, valued support.
