Customer Relations Manager

Based in Tonbridge

GBP30,000 to GBP35,000

Our client who works within the insurance claims industry are looking to recruit a Customer Relations Manager due to continued growth across the business to manage their claims complaints team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and managing the household, motor and commercial complaints handling team to ensure that all claims complaints are managed and resolved inline with SLAs.

Job role:

Assisting within technical questions and overseeing all teamwork to ensure quality and guideline compliance

Plan and manage the team resource to ensure adequate staffing levels for handling incoming complaints and existing cases

Carrying out 1-2-1 meetings with staff

Monitoring performance across the team

Acting as the point of contact for Financial Ombudsman complaints when needed

Recruiting team across household, motor and commercial claims handlers

Ensuring team are adhering to all FCA rules and regulations

Experience needed:

Previous experience within insurance claims, complaints and Financial Ombudsman complaints

Claims experience within household, motor or commercial would be beneficial

Proven team management experience - either from a management or team leader position

Excellent knowledge of FCA rules and regulations

Cert CII or the desire to study towards

Excellent communicator who is a team player
