Retail Shift Manager
We're currently looking to recruit a Retail Shift Manager to work as part of our Production team, collaborating closely with our Factory Manager and General Manager to hit daily KPI's and motivate our growing team. The successful candidate will be required to work on a Sunday to Wednesday shift, 6AM to 6PM.

Candidates should possess:
IOSH Managing safely
Level 3 Food Hygiene
HACCP Level 2
Knowledge of British Retail Consortium (BRC) working practices
Familiarity with quality systems and procedures
Experience of managing teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexible and adaptable approach
Ability to prioritise work loads
Excellent attention to detail
The successful candidate will be responsible for tasks such as:
Overseeing all manufacturing and production processes;
Collating and analysing data, putting together production reports for Factory Manager;
Managing and motivating teams of workers;
Monitoring productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmes;
Liaising with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements;
Liaising with different departments, teams and companies i.e Agency suppliers etc
Ensuring customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met;
Effectively managing the SI system within your area
