Page Personnel are working with a Not for Profit organisation with offices in Oldham. They are seeking an Internal Recruitment Advisor to join and established team and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for senior level appointments. The company offer hybrid working.

The client is a Housing Association based in Oldham who operate on a nationwide basis. They offer a range of housing and services to meet the needs of a diverse population and pride themselves on their high levels of customer service. They are recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Advisor on a permanent basis.
Description
The key responsibilities of the Internal Recruitment Advisor in Oldham are:
Lead, develop and deliver recruitment to all hiring managers
Support the development of recruitment procedures to deliver service improvements
Develop initiatives to attract a diverse range of applicants
Manage high profile recruitment campaigns in the most cost effective way
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organisation as an employer of choice at every opportunity
Work with external stakeholders, ensuring all agency vacancies are advertised and managed via the Applicant Tracking SystemProfile
The successful candidate will have/be:
previous experience recruiting at senior level
in-house or agency experience desired
excellent communication skills both written and verbal
strong relationships building and stakeholder management skills
strong knowledge of recruitment markets
an innovative approach to candidate attraction and sourcing
computer literate with MS Office
