Legal Secretary - Durham
Adecco are delighted to be working with a well established client in Durham who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team.
The client has multiple offices with a fantastic reputation for providing outstanding Legal services to the clients they serve. Their team is friendly and supportive and there looking for a team player to join the business on a permanent basis.
Salary:
20k
Experience required:
Ideally, Candidates working within a Private Client department or previously would be preferable.
Candidates who have recently graduated will also be considered.
You will possess strong organisational and time management skills.
You will be able to prioritise your work and be supportive of the wider department.
Daily responsibilities include:
Type dictation as part of a secretarial team, typing letters, telephone notes, file notes, statements etc.
Working for multiple fee earners
General typing as required
Preparing forms for court as required
Processing client documentation as required
Answering the telephone, forwarding calls to fee earners and/or taking messages as appropriate.
Opening files for new clients
Closing file and making sure accounts are clear
Preparing clients monthly bills from matter listing and sending out to clients
Provide cover for other secretaries' holidays and absence
Franking of post
Bonus Scheme
