We have an opportunity for a Business Improvement Manager (Performance and Data) to join us to provide day to day performance reporting and data analytics to the Managers within the Maintenance Team and the wider business.
You will be reporting on the Maintenance Team Repairs, Voids, MOTs, Stores and Planned maintenance departments and will provide trend analysis on areas for development to improve the customer experience on services provided through the Home Solutions Team (HST).

The Role
Responsible for the Repairs, Planned and Voids teams performance reporting including monthly, weekly, end-of-period and ad-hoc reports.
Liaise with Business Solutions in the development, improvement and implementation of IT systems needed to support the HST
Liaise with Repairs and Maintenance teams, the Customer Service Team, Stores, Finance and other teams across the business on operational matters and business improvement initiatives.
Be responsible for all aspects of Repairs and Maintenance report creation and analytics, including live and retrospective reporting.
Support Operations Managers in the development of annual budgets using the data available to forecast demand
Assist and provide information and support during audits
About you
You will have:
A recognised qualification relating to data management & Analysis
Experience of working with customer services and administration teams in the implementation and development of systems / processes
Experience of audit processes
Experience in dealing with the implementation of service charges, payments, invoicing, purchase orders and the eBIS system
Experience in performance information gathering as well as reporting and analysis of the performance information
Experience of using performance reporting software and / or online systems
Excellent IT skills and experience of maintaining systems information
Good working knowledge of repairs and maintenance, including the terminology
