Our client is a subsidiary of a major global player in the nuclear industry. Operating on a UK nuclear licensed site based in Capenhurst Chester.
Key deliverables:
Provides support to the L&D team by delivering a wide range of administrative processes that ensure learning solutions are implemented as per requirements, learning management systems are maintained and L&D documents and records are stored according to company standards, the role holder will be responsible for the following:
Receives, records, prioritises and deals with L&D requests and enquiries
Schedule and co-ordinate training
Coordinate the ongoing maintenance of the LMS and other learning portals
Manage the LMS training catalogue
Produces and distributes reports as required by the business to support and evidence training status
Book teams travel and accommodation requirements
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of developments and innovations in the L&D arena and awareness of best practice
Experience:
Must have experience of working within L&D and have experience of using Learning Management Systems. Previous experience of using Success Factors Learning Management System would be desirable.
Must be able to gain baseline security clearance
