ABOUT YOU

Seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team and help deliver exceptional results for clients in the engineering and manufacturing sector.
You'll arrive with 2 years experience (preferably in an agency setting) and be committed to driving paid media output forwards.
You'll have an excellent understanding of paid media channels, including paid search, paid social and display, and you'll be able to work in line with business objectives to maximise client budgets.
You'll be a team player who enjoys collaborating with the broader team to establish creative solutions to client problems and generate those all-important results.

THE BREAKDOWN

OUR REQUIREMENTS

At least 2 experience as a Paid Media Specialist (or similar role), preferably within an agency setting.
Experience using a broad range of paid media channels, including paid search, paid social, display and more.
Experience managing and maximising client budget and advertising spend.
A stickler for detail and passionate about generating creative solutions to client problems.
A team player who shows evidence of working with others to get things done.YOUR ROLE

Responsible for executing, managing and reporting all paid media campaigns across all paid media channels.
Be the paid expert for the client on campaign performance and optimisation - providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
Define, measure and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
Oversee and manage the total budget for paid media.
Conduct detailed keyword and website research, social listening, ad grouping and target audience analysis.
Produce detailed and accurate paid media and paid campaign reports.
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and developments to ensure best practices and results.
