Job Title - Voids Administrator

Salary - GBP21,756.00 per annum

Location - Dereham, Norfolk

Role Overview:

Our client a large reputable social housing contractor providing maintenance and repair services to thousands of properties across the East is seeking a Voids Administrator to join their team.

Key objectives of role:

To provide outstanding Customer Service
To facilitate a prompt and efficient repairs and maintenance service to our Customers
Understand, embrace and apply the company culture of continuous improvement
Main responsibilities:

Receive works orders from Repairs and Voids Managers in relation to void properties
Liaise with other Commercial Administrators in identifying other works required as well as inputting relevant safety certificates on to a database.
Receive works orders from our customers via the telephone/email or any social platform (live chat/my account)
Identify works to be carried out against scope of service.
Understanding priorities and diagnosis of jobs, to allow for efficiency.
Enter and configure data using the software system and other company standard software packages including responsive and voids works
Confidence to respectfully challenge as appropriate to effectively carry out your role
Refer immediately upwards any item that cannot be completed satisfactorily within your responsibility
Work to the priorities, deadlines and performance targets set by management; personally contribute to the achievement of the high-performance levels set
Promote in a professional and positive way the role of the Operations Centre within company as well as the role of company within the sector in which we operate; be committed to and assist in the achievement of the business plan and objectives set by the company.
Undertake any written work, phone call handling, clerical and administrative tasks related to the role
Any other tasks that are reasonable and appropriate to the role and to the work of the Operations Centre.
Take personal responsibility for own health, safety and welfare and that of colleagues in the workplace
Take personal responsibility for seeking value for money opportunities to get service right first time
Understand and use measures to enable continuous improvement
To take personal responsibility for demonstrating the aims of the Group s Equality and Diversity objectives
Ensure that I.T Security and Data Protection Legislation is always adhered to.

Experience

Dealing with customers/ the public face to face and by phone
Competent with computers and a standard range of software
Specific customer service role
Some Knowledge or experience in a property maintenance and/or technical environment
Qualifications:

Good Standard English & Maths
Good understanding of Microsoft Packages - Excel / SharePoint/PowerBi

This is a full time role 40 hours per week Mon - Friday. 2 x 15 mins break morning & afternoon with a half hour lunch, working 08.00- 17.00 hours daily.

This is a temp-perm role potentially leading to a full time position after a satisfactor probationary period through ARC.
