We have been tasked with looking for a qualified GDP Compliance Officer to be based in Colchester You will be passionate about health, and curious about the future. The Role:
Our client s UK based operation are looking for a GDP Qualified Compliance Officer. In this challenging and instructive function, you will report to the Global GMP Compliance Director. The GMP compliance department is responsible to maintain the relations with external partners and to assess suppliers and contract manufacturers/distributors/clients to the current GMP/GDP legislation. This department has a key role in the surveillance of the quality of our pharmaceutical products, also in relation to the distribution of them.
A selection of your responsibilities:
Implement, maintain and continuously improve the quality management system for distribution practices.
Execute risk analyses.
Ensure initial and continuous training programs to the personnel.
Manage deviations, complaints, and coordinate recalls from the market.
Approve suppliers, clients, and partners of any outsourced activities
Execute internal and external audits
Decide on the final disposition of returns, rejected, recalled or falsified products.
In-service training of GDP guidelines.
The Person:
You have a master degree in veterinary sciences or pharmaceutical sciences
You will take end responsibility to control all documents
You are vigilant for possible improvements and show initiative to improve existing processes.
You think logically and can prioritize
You are a pragmatic person
You are critical, can easily maintain an overview of processes and are attentive to detail
You aim for quality in your work through accuracy, orderliness, and reliability
You are eager to learn and able to function effectively in high stress situations
You are a flexible multi-tasker with strong administrative capabilities
A firsthand experience in a pharmaceutical environment is a plus
Knowledge of GDP is an asset
The Offer:
We offer an interesting and varied function in our small UK business team with the support of our Belgian quality department. You will be in contact with different business partners and can work autonomously on the quality management system. We offer a competitive salary of GBP45,000 pa along with the option of either remote working or being based in our office on the outskirts of Colchester
