We are recruiting for a Support Administrator to work alongside our Accounts and Payroll Team to support our support team.

Support Administrator key responsibilities will include:

Process various documents following company procedures, applying attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Efficiently manage inboxes and distribution groups.
Administer starters, extensions and finishers accurately and conduct routine chases to ensure paperwork is complete.
Assist with the weekly payrun in order to meet payroll deadlines and legal and contractual payroll obligations.
Process timesheets accurately, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
Resolve all payroll related queries efficiently and professionally so as to avoid any missed or late payments.
Administer the purchasing and invoicing process.
Nominal code and enter financial transactions appropriately.
Reconcile supplier and customer invoices to statements, resolve all queries in respect of sales and purchase ledger transactions and prepare BACS report.
Issue invoices or credit notes to customers based on services/goods rendered as required.
Provide administrative support for all activities for monthly management accounts.
Allocate remittances and payment from customers onto database.
Competent communication with clients, candidates and internal staff to resolve queries promptly.
