Our client is expanding their team and now have two new opportunities available for Business Solutions Analysts to join them to provide technical support for a suite of applications and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the team.

Join them to become part of the largest Community Gateway Association in the country!

These are key positions in which you will support the Change Team in undertaking new technology project work and developing the existing software applications in use. You will act as technical lead on new Technology projects initiated through the Business Change Team.

The Role

Provide 3rd line technical support for the suite of software applications by managing incidents, requests and changes.

To lead on the development of the software applications making the most of the technology in situ.

Manage new technology requests/changes raised on the Service Desk and work on new change projects scoped and prioritised by the Business Change Team

Develop their existing software to ensure they are making the most of technology investment and improving ways of working for their colleagues and customer experience

Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in one or more of the software systems. (Orchard, Connect, Open Accounts and Ebis, Keystone, Documotive, 365Agile, iTrent)

Lead on the administration, support and maintenance for all applications, interfaces and processes that the Team are responsible for

About you

The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate the following:

Experience of working in a Housing or Local Authority environment along with housing software application support

Experience and knowledge of Office 365 applications

Experience of working on and contributing to projects as part of a project team, leading and taking responsibility for technology aspects of projects

Proven experience of working in a technology environment

Experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a Business Applications

Solution focused and can-do attitude with a desire to deliver an excellent service. Efficient troubleshooting skills and demonstrable issue-solving techniques.
