Identity Management Manager

Global savings and investment business is seeking a talented Identity Management Manager to deliver and support their Identity Management platforms and associated people, process and technology for the business.

This manager is required as the business digitally transforms, investing heavily in technology and innovation to develop new and improved customer propositions that raise the bar for their customers

The role-holder's duties will include;

• Providing SME input and delivery to strategy and related change and improvement programmes,
• Delivery of service against KPIs,
• Ownership and operation of audit controls,
• Overseeing delivery of remedial activity arising from audit and assurance activities, vendor and MSA relationship management as appropriate, driving continuous service improvement.

The successful candidate should have the following:

• Significant and strong experience managing relevant Identity function in a large corporate environment.
• Demonstrable expertise and up to date knowledge of Identity & Access Management, Information security; threats and technology developments and implementation of new technology solutions
• A strong understanding of the platforms & software relevant to the delivery of the Identity services for which they are accountable.

The role will be based from the office in Edinburgh, Stirling or London and will involve a hybrid working arrangement.
