This company are an award winning freight and logistics company based in Southampton. They have a fantastic new opportunity to join their expanding Application support team.

Your new role

• First line Application Support is provided for a large number of Applications
• Timely user access to applications is provided, changed and removed in accordance with audit procedures (SOX)
• Working with suppliers and vendors
• Creation and maintenance of documentation and training materials within the ITSM System Fresh Service.
• Working directly with the Application Support Manager, Helpdesk and Business Analyst Team
• Efficiently problem solve and manage tickets through to resolution
• Some travel and overnight stays may be required

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent Customer Service skills combined with a desire to succeed
• Experience in supporting multiple applications
• Strong problem solving skills
• Strong administrative skills
• Experience in producing training guidance for users
• Confident telephone manner
• Previous Experience working in an Application Support Environment
• Experience in using Ticket Management Systems such as Fresh Service
