Customer Account Manager

Morgan McKinley has a great Customer Account Manager role working for a very well established business based in Redhill. This is a permanent Customer Account Manager job opportunity for someone with proven Customer Service - Key Account, Account Management experience that can look after and retain a portfolio of key clients, servicing and managing the relationships of customer accounts.

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,400 basic + 10% bonus

Location: Redhill

Duties and responsibilities include:

Build and maintain strong working relationships with a key focus on customer experience within your portfolio of customers
Attending face to face meetings with customers
Full ownership and accountability for the monthly delivery of the product for those high value customers
End to end management of the invoicing process
Deliver monthly MI to your customers and line managers
Manage and resolve both internally and externally raised queries
Manage all complaints and escalations received from your customers
Continually identifying improvements to the service deliverySkills and experience required:

Proven experience working in a similar Account Management / Customer Service / Customer Account Management type role
Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
