Customer Contact Centre Advisor - Full Time
Are you a driven, enthusiastic and motivated individual?
Do you currently work in retail but would like a career in an office environment with full training?
Working only 1 in 3 Saturdays with an OTE of over 30k?
If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you! Our Contact Centre in Chelmsford is looking to recruit new Customer Contact Centre Advisors to join its Outbound and Inbound Customer Care Team.
The Outbound and Inbound teams are reaching out to customers booking appointments for them to come in to the centres and service their vehicle or review options to purchase a new one.
About the position
The successful candidate for our Customer Contact Centre Advisor position will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.
You will be welcomed into a warm and friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product. A large part of the Customer Contact Centre Advisor position involves:
Maintain regular contact with our customers to advise them of key moments in their vehicle ownership, and introduce them to other offers that will be of interest to them.
Accurately maintain and update the company s customer and vehicle CRM database.
Manage outbound calls on behalf of the dealership network.
Identify to the Customer Support Team Manager, areas in which there is a potential for improvements in efficiency, business opportunity, and other general good practice.
Always deliver service
Maintain a high standard of current product, process, and system knowledge.
Adopting a sales approach regarding upsell.
Maintaining good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of your work.

Determined nature
Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
Strong teamwork skills.
