New HR Manager/HR Business Partner job
We are looking to recruit a HR Manager / HR Business Partner to head up a small HR department for a manufacturing business. Ideally CIPD Level 5 and looking for your next step. You should love to support and mentor your team to develop and ideally with experience working within either distribution, manufacturing or an industrial business.
Benefits:
Salary: GBP(phone number removed)pa DOE
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.45 to 5.30pm (38.75 hrs. p/week)
Holidays: 26 days + bank holidays
Pension: Auto Enrolment
Benefits: Medical Insurance Scheme and HealthCare Cash Plans.
CIPD sponsorship if required
The Job:
Overseeing the HR department by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources polices, programs and practices.
All round HR Generalist experience
Overseeing recruitment and selection
Inductions, talent management, performance management, policies and procedures, communication including training and coaching, HR data including payroll systems, Health and safety, compensation and benefits
Reviewing existing policies and implement them where things have become a little fluid over the 'Covid' period.
Being responsible for the compliance with all HR activities and some general business standards of quality assurance etc.
Be flexible in managing more general office tasks/contracts (e.g.) utilities and assist with facilities management
About you:
The role would suit someone looking for a HR Generalist position with CIPD level 5 with management responsibilities and solid experience with ER. You should be a great communicator who is able to influence and form positive working relationships. Professional, conscientious, confidential and able to work independently.
