Are you an enthusiastic and reliable Landscaper / gardener local to the Surrey area seeking an Annual Salary rate starting from GBP26.000/year & want a great working environment?
We are looking for dynamic people to maintain, organise and motivate various sites, ensuring all grounds maintenance services are delivered to a high standard that meets customer expectations. The Soft Landscape Operative will work on their initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area.
Our client is one of the fastest-growing businesses in the industry and is one of the UK's leading providers of integrated management and maintenance services for parks and green spaces. As part of their growth plans this year they are now looking to recruit a soft landscaper.
The successful candidate will work on their initiative and organise resources to deliver an effective service delivery of soft landscaping including:
Ensuring that all soft landscaping work is correctly and efficiently carried out.
Working alongside other members of the construction teams to support the site works.
Using drawings to accurately create landscaping schemes.
Ensure all Health and Safety requirements are met.
Organised and proactive with good planning skills.
Must be able to work on own initiative.
The ability to be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the role.
Reliable, punctual, hardworking and able to work in all types of weather
The successful Soft Landscape Operative will have:
CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence
The ability to self-motivate and the desire to work within a team
Competent in using the appropriate power tools where required
Previous experience in grounds maintenance services and the ability to operate a range of horticultural equipment
Excellent awareness of Health & Safety and implementing procedures
Proven ability to achieve/exceed business objectives
Experience implementing quality standards and working to customer specifications

20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays
