Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent - Office based
Salary: 26k + annual bonus
Location: Esher
Hours: Monday - Friday 37.5 per week
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
Processing incoming orders and dealing with all general email enquiries
Working alongside head office and other key internal stakeholders to provide outstanding levels of customer service
Developing technical product knowledge in order to provide detailed customer support and handle fault resolution
Working with in house systems including SAP to accurately store information
Providing aftersales support and identifying spare partsDesirable Skills
Good attitude and people skills
Attention to detail
Experience in working within a busy Customer Service role
Problem solving skills
Previous experience in working with CRM systems, or strong systems skills
Interest in understanding and working with a range of technical products
