Position: Maintenance Engineer.
Shifts: Weekly rotated day shifts. (5:30 - 14:30 / 9:00 - 18:00)
Salary: GBP36,000 - GBP40,000

Maintenance Engineer duties:
You will be tasked with carrying out reactive maintenance on the production equipment and other machines across the site. During the day, will consist mostly of reactive maintenance as PPM time is scheduled during off peak hours. With the site being fully automated, you will need to have a strong understanding of PLCs and how to trouble shoot using them. A successful maintenance engineer will need to understand the urgency to react quickly, thus ensuring a constant working production line.

A successful maintenance Engineer application:
You will need to hold a level 3 Electrical Engineering qualification or above.
Our client is eager to hire a Maintenance Engineer with FMCG experience however, this is not essential. The company offer a great training and induction programme where they would have you learn the day to day before getting one on one mentoring with one of their most experienced engineers.
