The role
We are seeking to recruit a highly motivated Conveyancer to join our award winning residential conveyancing team in the Leicester office. The focus of this role will be on processing the buying and/or selling of a property.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer to apply their legal skills and experience in a demanding yet supportive team environment. The successful candidate will have experience of managing a caseload, including:
Sales,
Purchases
Transfer of equity,
Remortgages
To be successful in applying for this role, you must possess excellent client care skills, be technically strong with an eye for detail and have the ability to communicate effectively. You must also be reliable, organised, able to work in a busy environment, possess excellent time management and interpersonal skills, and be enthusiastic about business development.
As part of this role, you ll be given all the tools to succeed including a state of the art case management system, new business and post-completion support. You can expect dedicated training, professional support and a host of other benefits.
