Project Architect required to join one of the UK's leading property development businesses in their North-West head office, near Wilmslow, Cheshire.

We are supporting our client in their bid to recruit a talented individual to join their busy Design team. They are looking to appoint an Architect to join the existing 10-strong design team on the development and implementation of several new Residential projects within the North West and across the country.

Typically these projects will fall within one of the following categories: Student Residential, PRS or Hotel. The role will involve coordination with internal and external design teams with the ultimate objective being to create unique living spaces with a real focus on the end-users that occupy them. They pride themselves on being market leaders and expect new members of the team to embody this culture of excellence.

The successful, Senior Architect candidate will work closely alongside an experienced team of professionals with experience across various disciplines. The wider company employs Architects, Interior Designers, sales & marketing, surveyors, planners and specialists land & construction professionals. Ideally, the Project Architect will be able to demonstrate the following criteria:

ARB/RIBA Architectural qualification.

1-3 years post-qualification experience.

Experience of new-build projects is a must.

Residential experience is key, preferably medium/high-rise developments.

Awareness of the demands of a developer-focused role.

Software skills including: AutoCAD, Sketchup, InDesign, Photoshop.

To be well presented with excellent communication skills (Written, verbal, visual)

Creativity, flair, confidence, self-motivated, organised - some of the important traits required for the role.
