Gi Group Scunthorpe are recruiting for a global supplier of meat products supplying the world's leading food services and retail food brands - offering training, development and prospects for employees that can demonstrate enthusiasm, hard-work and willingness towards duties required.
We are seeking an industrial cleaner to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
This is a full time, ongoing position with the start being as soon as possible.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday - 6am - 3:30pm
Pay
GBP9.98ph
Overtime rates
40hrs + GBP14.25ph
As an Industrial Cleaner you will be required to undertake all aspects of cleaning the food manufacturing areas, equipment and machinery to meet food hygiene standards.
What we are looking for;
Previous experience in Hygiene Operative position highly desirable.
COSHH training and knowledge of how to work safely with chemicals desirable.
Good levels of communication; spoken and written.
Physically able to perform manual handling duties.
Reliability
Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
Ability and desire to work as part of a small team, willing and happy to multi-skill to support colleagues as required.
