Conveyancing Legal Secretary

Are you a legal secretary with experience in conveyancing? If the answer is yes, then this role may be for you! My client is an accredited firm, with multiple awards from Chambers & Partners and The Law Society. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to provide meticulous administrative and secretarial support to the Conveyancing team.
Duties include:
Providing administrative and secretarial support
Preparing accurate documents and correspondence
Sorting files for archiving and retrieving files when required
Managing the fee earner's mailbox and filing as appropriate
Dealing with any telephone enquiries and making accurate notes of calls
Assisting reception and the other secretaries
Assisting with any other duties as requiredThe successful candidate will have / be:
A strong attention for detail
Able to communicate both written and verbally
Organised and able to work under pressure
A team player
Able to make quick and concise notes; 55 WPM
Confident using IT; including MS Office applications
Previous experience as a legal secretary in a conveyancing background will be a significant advantage
ILEX legal secretary qualification or equivalent is not essential, but would also be a significant advantage
