B2C Collections Advisor

Hourly Rate GBP14.00 - GBP14.50 per hour Hybrid Working Excellent onsite Facilities
We have an urgent temporary requirement, to run until the end of December 2022, working for our client in their collections team.
You will gain the opportunity to work in a very friendly team, in a corporate setting with excellent onsite facilities. Although this is initially a temporary requirement until the end of the year, there is a realistic opportunity for the role to extend and / or lead to something more permanent.
Although this role will be discussing outstanding payments and collections, the emphasis is always "customer first" and you will use your listening skills and rapport building to understand the individuals circumstances, showing empathy and helping to guide them through the process and options available. Due to the nature of this role, you will deal with vulnerable customers, as well as external third party such as the Citizen Advice Bureau and Legal parties.
Experience:
Experience working in a consumer collections / credit control position
Ability to negotiate and discuss payment plans
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner
Excellent written grammar / English
Above all a customer focused individual
