I am currently working with a number of SEND schools and alternative provisions throughout Crewe and surrounding areas. I am looking for Teaching Assistants to work on both a part time and full time basis, for a number of positions, including day to day and long term.
I need qualified SEND Teaching Assistants to work both inside and outside of the classroom with a number of additional needs, such as SEMH, ASC, MLD, SLD and PMLD. The roles will include working with students of various ages. Previous experience of working with SEND in either an educational or residential setting is essential.
You will need to demonstrate a commitment to:
- Working in a caring and safe environment and reflecting upon the school s priority of providing pupils with utmost care.
- Building positive relationships with students and the community around them
- Being well organised and proactive
